Established in the year 2020, Island Touch Clothing & Designs isn’t just about what you wear, but also a projection of our lifestyle, nature, culture and homeland. Our designs pay homage to the things we find familiar whilst growing up in Maldives. This approach makes it even more personal for us; our geography, through our eyes. The most ordinary and mundane things sometimes define who we really are, but more importantly, where we come from.
We aim to spark conversations through our designs and ultimately show the world what Island Touch Maldives is capable of.
Why the Name?
The name is derived from the background of the team comprising mostly common style represents homeland Maldives. Island lifestyle can be found in pretty much every household in Maldives. Very much like the artwork designs used with an Island Touch this signifies each of our experiences and identities all fused together into one beautiful paste like substance, our products. “Pride Of Maldives”
Why the Designs?
Our designs are a projection of those everyday shades and moods of Maldives. The artworks on the products are from Instagram @ushartofficial. Ushartofficial has been working on these unique style of art from 2016. Island Touch is happy to collaborate with Ushartofficial to portray the message through our products.
